White Light, the movie

MindFlesh poster

In 2004, indie filmmaker Robert Pratten released London Voodoo to rave reviews. Pratten’s debut horror film received awards at the Boston International Film Festival, the New York City Horror Fest, San Francisco’s Fearless Tales Genre Fest, Warsaw’s Horror Fiesta, and others. Now Pratten is using his considerable skills to bring to the screen White Light, William Scheinman’s provocative novel of supernatural horror. With his ability to create subtle chills and his instinct for complex characters, Pratten is the ideal director to film Scheinman’s urban horror tale of materialized dreams and obsessed loners. With a title of MindFlesh, the film is currently making the festival circuit throughout 2008 and has already garnered many good reviews and an award for best horror film.
